Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We specialize in customized and made-to-order T-shirts. Each product is created according to the customer’s selected design, size, color, and personalization details. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our return and refund process differs from standard retail items.

By placing an order, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • The item delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be retained.
  • Proof such as clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since all T-shirts are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen display differences.
  • Errors in customization details submitted by the customer (spelling, design choice, placement, etc.).
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when a return request is approved after verification.

If approved:

  • A replacement product may be offered first whenever possible.
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


5. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded in cases such as:

  • Printing defects
  • Manufacturing issues
  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement orders will be processed after confirmation and may require return pickup depending on the situation.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
  • Once customization or printing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within the allowed time period.
  2. Provide order details and clear images showing the issue.
  3. Wait for approval instructions.
  4. Follow the provided return or replacement steps.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


8. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is due to our error or defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Quality Assurance

Every customized T-shirt undergoes a quality check before dispatch. However, if any issue occurs during manufacturing or shipping, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.


10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will apply to orders placed after the revision date.
